Hula Hooping Is Hard Core

Last week when I visited Gabby at her house to do some production work I was called downstairs to the gym. I was not surprised as Gabby is always working out, but to see her Hula Hooping was surprising! I have not seen a hula hoop since I was a kid so I was instantly intrigued by this ‘workout’. We began talking about the hoop and all the wonderful things you can do with it. Gabby is always looking for new ways to workout and challenge herself. I snapped a few shots of some moves she likes to do to spice up her ‘Hula Hoop Core Workout’!

Is it a weighted hula hoop?
Even doing hula on the Wii without a real hoop is a great workout too!
Thanks!
I LOVE my hula hoop. Have a 5lb and a 3lb one. I swear it has made a huge difference in my balance, posture, and core muscle strength. Great workout!
And remember to have some FUN with it. You can actually play with a hoop, spin, toss & twirl with your arms. Just get a long dance song remix and have at it…
I can’t wait to get a hulu hoop. Thanks for the idea
